Notes: the crawlspace is open to ground moisture and the existing ground cover is soiled and no longer doing its job. The work area is left clean and all debris is hauled off at the end of each day.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; the AprilAire E100 carries the manufacturer's warranty.
Not included: insulation; vapor barrier on the walls (floor coverage only); structural or framing repair; sump pump and drainage; gutters; anything not listed in the scope above.
